	Better than "Brown Tall Building w. Round Bit Attached". I'm not a huge fan of these type of buildings, like the type of architecture.

	I passed that building when I went to Quebec! It's architecture is a little strange, but I like the circular bit on the top

	The spinning thingy on top is cool, but the rest of the building is as Haily pointed out - a fat Skytower.
